申請資格:已錄取今年暑期實習的中央大學在學生，且實習時數預計達200小時以上。
申請方式:

課程規定:
1.本課程學生須參加實習前說明會，以了解實習注意事項及合約內容。
2.本課程學生須依實習合約規定，確實至實習機構進行實習，請假等相關事宜按實習機構規定。
3.本課程學生須完成實習工作週誌及實習總心得報告。
4.本課程由職涯導師擔任學生之實習輔導老師，除負責考評學生作業外，須進行至少一次的實地訪視。
5.本課程學生須於實習中旬返校向老師進行實習口頭報告。
6.實習結束後，本課程學生須參與成果分享會。
7.考評方式:企業評分佔實習總成績70%，老師佔實習總成績30%。
8.其他未盡事宜，依本校自主學習微課程實施要點、本校專案校外實習辦法及本校專業校外實習實施辦法。

If you got summer internship offer this year, but there’s no internship course you can select in your department. You can select the “暑期專案實習微課程” which is offered by NCU career!
applicant qualifications: the person who not only got summer internship offer but also had the internship hours reached to 200 hours or above.
How to apply?
Please fill out the internship application before deadline.(download location: log in NCU Internship Web> Download) ,and hand in the application to Career Center.
Submission Deadline: Friday, 14 June 2019 5.00pm Taiwan TimeRequirement
Requirement.
1. In this course, students have to attend the “orientation for intern” in order to understand the matters needing attention and contract contents.
2. Students of this course should follow the internship contract, make sure to intern in the contract company. If students take leave of absence,please follow the company’s regulation.
3. Students of the course are required to finish “Weekly Intern Journal” and “Internship Experience Report”.
4. The course is taught by career teacher who is also your mentor teacher. The teacher needs to assess students' homework and visit students workplace at least one.
5. Students of this course are required to return to school in the middle of their internship and give oral reports to their teachers.
6. Students of this course are required to participate in the internship sharing exhibition at the end of internship.
7. Standard for evaluation: Enterprise score accounted for 70% of the total internship scores, and teachers accounted for 30% of the total internship scores.
